TWS Academy is the training side of Time Well Spent. After years of helping practices set up and run their systems, and market themselves properly, we know exactly where the time gets lost, and how to get it back. The Academy is how we pass that on directly to you.
It's a growing range of masterclasses and workshops, each one focused on a real, practical part of running a practice. That might be getting more out of your practice management system, sorting your billing and reconciliation, tidying up your admin, or marketing your practice the right way, including AHPRA-compliant marketing and how to make the most of advertising. Whatever the topic, our sessions are built to give you something you can put to work straight away.

- Fix the common invoicing problems, duplicate invoices, future-dated invoices, and invoices that drift away from their appointment
- Reconcile Halaxy's daily batch payments against Xero with confidence, including merchant fees and GST
- Set up group sessions, class packs and prepaid packages so bookings and invoices track properly
- Get your dynamic terms, templates and forms actually working (and understand why they sometimes don't)
