Bookkeeping
Time Well Spent provides virtual bookkeeping services, including daily invoicing, accounts, payroll, processing payments, reports and debt collection for your business. We use Xero and are able to get your accounts in order ready for your BAS and taxation requirements. We work closely with Registered BAS agents to ensure we have your accounts up to date in time for quarterly and annual reporting.
Our online transactional services are fantastic for seminars, workshops and instant payment for products and services. We use Square, Stripe and Online Software Programs to process payments for clients.
Human Resource (HR) Administration
With experience in the employment and recruitment sector, the Time Well Spent team can manage all your HR needs, including:
- Development of operations and induction manuals
- Position descriptions – design and send out to potential candidates
- Advertising on Seek, Linked In and your website
- Recruitment – review, shortlist, interview, phone interview, reference checks, etc
- Updating web pages and social media platforms for job advertisements
We provide HR services to the Allied Health Sector – particularly to Psychology Practices who are looking to grow their practice and employ new staff or contractors.
