What is practice management system training?
It's one-on-one training on the practice management software your team already uses. Rather than a generic walkthrough, we look at how your practice actually runs, what's set up correctly, what's not, and where you and your team are still doing things the long way. You come away knowing how to use the system properly, not just the handful of functions you've picked up along the way.
How is this different from TWS Academy?
TWS Academy is our paid group masterclass series, built around a set curriculum that suits a wide range of practices. This training is one-on-one and built entirely around your practice, your setup and your team, so it's a better fit if you want something tailored rather than a general session run the same way for everyone.
Which practice management systems do you train on?
Our team trains on the practice management systems commonly used by mental health and allied health practices, including Halaxy, Cliniko, Zanda and Splose. If you're unsure whether we cover your system, get in touch and we'll let you know.
How long does a training session take?
It depends on your team and what you need covered, from a short refresher session through to a longer walkthrough of billing, reconciliation, automations and reporting. We'll talk through what you need before booking anything in, so the session is worth your time.
What happens after the training session?
You're not left to figure the rest out on your own. Follow-up email support is included for the following month, so if something doesn't quite land or a new question comes up once you're back in the system, our team is on hand to help you troubleshoot it.
